Real Estate Marketing 2.0…

 ”Web 2.0″ is the catch-all term for web sites and tools that focus on interactivity with visitors, and communication with and between visitors to a web site.

There are the “Big 2″, MySpace.com and FaceBook.com, but there are also many smaller more specialized social networks that attract personal and professional visitors around a specfic subject.

And that’s true for real estate as well. Real etstate professionals can network with each other, exchange information and attract customers using these social networks.

How cool would it be if you had a way to let all your “friends” across several social networking sites, blogs and virtual communities, know about a new wholesale deal you just picked up? “Viral” is the cool new term for anything that spreads like… well, like a virus. Viral videos like ‘The Star Wars Kid’ and ‘Leave Britney Alone’ (too annoying to link here…) get passed around until they join the ranks of Internet phenomena. That’s because, thanks to the Net, the world has never been smaller. Nothing can stop the flow of information.

As a real estate marketer, you can take advantage of this trend by starting a viral ad campaign of your own.
